If I complete the survey, is my email address being given to anyone else?
After you complete the survey, you will have an opportunity to provide your email address in order to receive one of 500 gifts of thanks from One Book Too Many or The Bethel Cinema Café. You will also be able to provide your email address or other contact information if you wish to be put in touch with one of the organizations mentioned in the survey, for example, Friends of the Library or the Bethel Land Trust. If you choose to provide your personal contact information, it will be kept confidential, will never be sold, and will only be shared as you have specifically requested. Your personal information cannot be linked to the survey.
